Expertise 05 · Installation & training

Delivery is a step towards operation, not the end of the job.

KAELIN coordinates the technicians, manufacturers and local providers needed to install equipment, commission it, train the people who will use it and hand it over properly.

The client need

Equipment that arrives on site is not yet useful. It needs to be installed correctly, checked, configured and understood by the people who will operate and maintain it.

When the manufacturer is overseas, arranging the right technician, the right tools and a ready site at the same time takes careful coordination.

What KAELIN does

We identify and coordinate suitable technicians, whether from the manufacturer, a visiting specialist or a qualified local provider, and plan the installation with them. We confirm site readiness before anyone travels.

We then coordinate commissioning and functional checks, setup and configuration, operator training and maintenance familiarisation, and close with acceptance and handover documentation. After handover, we remain the point of contact for troubleshooting and escalation.
