Expertise 02 · Project & turnkey equipment

Equip a complete facility through one coordinated project.

When a project needs equipment from several categories and suppliers, KAELIN brings the schedule, sourcing, inspections, shipments and installation together within one agreed scope.

Four people in business attire in discussion around a long conference table, with a laptop and papers, beside tall windows overlooking city buildings.

The client need

A school, training centre, sports facility or commercial fit-out can involve dozens of equipment lines from different manufacturers, each with its own lead time, documentation and installation requirements.

Managing those suppliers separately creates gaps: items that arrive without the parts needed to install them, shipments that cannot be consolidated, and no single view of what is complete.

What KAELIN does

We work from your requirements, or help you develop them, to build an equipment schedule and a procurement plan. We then source across the categories involved, coordinate suppliers and production, organise inspections and consolidate shipments.

At the destination, we coordinate installation and commissioning with the relevant technicians, gather the equipment documentation and organise a structured handover, followed by support arrangements where agreed.

Scope of support

What can be included, selected and combined to suit the requirement.

  • Shipment consolidation
  • Installation and commissioning coordination
  • Equipment documentation and handover

What “turnkey” means here

Turnkey describes end-to-end equipment procurement and implementation support within an agreed scope. It is defined for each project.

  • Included where agreed

Equipment planning, sourcing, supplier coordination, inspections, shipping coordination, installation and commissioning coordination, documentation and handover.

  • Not assumed

Building construction, licensed engineering design and the wider obligations of a construction contract. Where a project needs them, they are provided by appropriately qualified parties.

  • Typical applications

Youth and community facilities, education and training environments, sports facilities, and commercial or institutional fit-outs.

Typical deliverables

Depending on the scope agreed, the work can produce:

  1. Equipment schedule and bill of quantities
  2. Procurement plan and budget
  3. Consolidated supplier and delivery schedule
  4. Inspection records
  5. Equipment documentation and handover file
  6. Project status reports

What helps us begin

The type of facility, its location, the equipment categories or list you have, the expected opening or completion date and any drawings, standards or funding requirements that shape the procurement.
